BOOKINGS
A 30% retainer is required to secure your booking.
In the case of Late Cancellation (within 7 days of the event) the retainer is non-refundable; as Rossen & Cook will have already planned, purchased and prepped for the event at this point in time.
Staffing costs will be reimbursed in full.
Numbers are to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Refunds are not offered should individual guests cancel following this date.
